I honestly don't know why I haven't reviewed this before as it's such an essential part of my eye make-up routine! Too Faced Shadow Insurance (TFSI) is an eyeshadow primer that seriously rocks. This handy little tube contains something from the cosmetic gods.
A nude coloured lotion, TFSI is velvety soft and you only need the smallest amount. Shown here is enough for both eyelids up to the brow bone. It goes translucent when on and it literally prevents eyeshadow creasing all day for me. I'm talking like 14 hours here, I can put on eye make up at 8:00 am and still have it look great when I take it off at 10:00 pm. And unlike Urban Decay's Primer Potion, it doesn't feel greasy while you're applying it and it doesn't sting the sensitive skin of my eyes.

I also really love the packaging of the TFSI. I like the very precise little nozzle tip so I don't end up with too much squeezing out at once. I like the twist cap so I'm sure it's on tight. I like the fact the cap it a slight metallic and the tube is a cream blue. I adore the little twirls and frenchy sort of design.
I especially like that there is a tip that automatically lines up when you put on the cap that goes into the nozzle of the TFSI so that the nozzle doesn't get clogged with dried product. Not to mention this also saves the product from losing moisture in the packaging too.
All in all I'm never going back to Urban Decay's Primer Potion. Though the UDPP worked I just love the TFSI way more, plus it packs easier for travel due to the tube shape.
Too Faced Shadow Insurance costs around $18 USD (I believe it's $17 USD at Nordstrom though) and you get 0.35 oz of product. It's important to note that this does have silicone in it but I've never had any problems with it causing reactions in my skin.
Overall Rating: 10 /10 Perfect! (The only way it could be better is if it didn't separate but this is such an easy fix I'm not taking points for it!)
I love this product, but I've also noticed the separating...not a big deal though I just shook it once before using it this morning.
